The instant output includes 3D images, a bill of material, weight distribution calculations and a quote - all in real time.

FMI accomplishes this through a combination of experience, leading edge equipment and partnerships with dozens of firms which allow us to act as a one stop shop for emergency vehicle upfitting. Our proprietary design process allows FMI to compress the time required to design, build, and outfit apparatus ready to handle the toughest of challenges.

In 2021 FMI joined INNOMOTIVE Solutions Group (ISG). This corporate group includes AMDOR shutter style roll up doors and the Luma Bar line of LED lighting products, both of which are also focused on compartment access. ISG has made significant investments in FMI including a facility expansion and numerous equipment and technological upgrades. The secured 10-acre site is equipped with multiple Trumpf lasers and CNC brake presses, welding stations, 3D printers and a comprehensive paint facility.
