Refund policy

Return Policy:

FMI designs, manufactures, installs, and sells compartment management solutions. Our solutions ensure that we are the best design partner and engineered solutions manufacturer in the specialized vehicle market. Due to the custom nature of this product purchases are considered noncancelable binding agreements. As a custom integrated product, FMI installed compartment management solutions and their respective sub-assemblies are non-returnable. Custom, special order, discontinued, or discounted items are non-returnable.

 

Standard FMI stock items and LUMA BAR® components may be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:

  • Product must be in as new condition permitting immediate resale.
  • Product must be a current FMI stock item.
  • Product must be returned on a pre-paid basis. Goods returned on a freight collect or COD basis will be refused. No credit will be given for return shipping charges.
  • A charge will be levied at actual cost for repackaging / refurbishment of returned goods.
  • When applying for return authorization (within the 30 day time period) the customer must advise FMI of the invoice/sales order number(s) upon which the eligible items were originally purchased.
  • Returned product requires the provision of a Return Goods Authorization “RGA” number approved by the FMI Customer Service Manager without exception.
  • ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE
  • To initiate a return:
    Email all return requests to: ecommsales@fmico.com
    Include your order number. This will be on your order confirmation page starting with "FMI-ECOM-####"

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
